Duration: 2 days

Course Description

The everyday routine loaded in both the workplace and the personnel field makes us feel pressure. We feel the lack of time in our work to be completed as well as in our favorite hobbies. The perception created is that the available time we have at our disposal is not enough and   turns into anxiety. This is a paradox: because of pressure we stress even more to cope successfully with the challenges of our environment. We tend to say "yes" to everything and to everyone and as a result we are not effective due to lack of concentration and incapability of separation between emergency works and other less important projects.

The proposed seminar gives the participants the opportunity to seek to create sources of stress in the workplace, how they react to it, with what emotions are connected and the way they can deal with.
Who should attend the course?
The training program is aimed at all managers who wish to increase their own efficiency through better time management and effective implementation of actions taken. It also targets those who face daily pressure from a large number of responsibilities at the personal or professional life and want to better manage work and personal time.
